Refund & Return Policy

We want every creator to feel confident using CreatorGuardAI. This policy explains when refunds or returns are available, how to submit a request, and what to expect throughout the process.

1. Overview

CreatorGuardAI is a digital software-as-a-service platform. Because our analyses are delivered instantly, we offer refunds or credits only in limited circumstances outlined below. Please review this policy before purchasing a subscription or add-on credits.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Technical Issues

If a platform outage or defect prevents you from using purchased credits or accessing analyses for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Duplicate Charges

Accidental duplicate payments resulting from billing errors will be refunded in full once we verify the transaction details.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you did not authorize a charge, contact our support team within 14 days so we can investigate and, when appropriate, reverse the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds when you decide you no longer wish to use the service after successful delivery of analyses or reports.

Policy Violations

Fees are non-refundable if your account is suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms & Conditions or acceptable use guidelines.

Unused Subscription Time

Monthly or annual plans remain active until the end of the billing period, even if you stop using the service. You can cancel renewals at any time from the dashboard.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Canceling a Subscription

Cancel from your billing settings before the next renewal date. Access continues through the paid period, and future charges stop automatically.

Add-on Credit Packs

Credit packs are non-returnable once analysis has begun. Unused credits remain available until their stated expiration date.

Enterprise Agreements

Custom contracts follow the refund and termination terms specified in your signed agreement. Contact your account representative for assistance.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit a Ticket

Open a support ticket from the dashboard or email support@creatorguardai.com with your account email, invoice number, and a description of the issue.

Response Time

We review refund requests within 5 business days. Additional documentation may be required to complete the assessment.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.

6. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer account credits instead of monetary refunds, particularly when downtime or performance issues are quickly resolved. Credits are applied automatically and can be used for future analyses or subscription renewals.

7. Contact & Escalation

If you believe your request was handled incorrectly or you need additional clarification, email support@creatorguardai.com with your case number. We will assign a specialist to review and respond within 3 business days.
